Why bring your emergency to the dentist Colombia's beauty queens trust?

Fixing a tooth in a rush looks simple until it goes wrong. A hurried root canal, a careless extraction or a badly made crown leaves you with lost bone, misshapen gums and a mouth that costs twice as much to fix later.

That's why it matters who treats you. The same perfectionist hand that designs award-winning smiles is the one that opens, extracts and closes: calmly, precisely, and thinking about how your mouth will look afterward, not just about stopping today's pain.

🏆 Two of her patients, in different pageants—2023 and 2026—took home the sash for best smile.

Think about it: someone that exacting about how a smile looks isn't going to be careless with your gums.

You don't have to be a beauty queen to sit in her chair. The same doctor, with the same precision, sees you in north Bogotá.

What's bothering you?

Tell us your symptom. At your assessment you'll find out exactly what you need.

Front tooth with a piece broken off

You broke a tooth

Rebuild or crown

A blow, a hard bite or an old filling that gave out. It's rebuilt or crowned depending on how much tooth is left, making sure it matches the ones next to it.

You have an infection

Abscess or swollen gums

Swollen gums, a strange taste, pain when you bite down. An infection doesn't go away on its own and it can get worse: we treat it, drain it and deal with the cause.

Your wisdom teeth are acting up

Wisdom tooth removal

Grown in, halfway out or completely buried. They come out under anesthesia, with the technique that fits your case, without forcing anything.

I understand your fears: every patient I see has the same ones

Nobody walks into a dental emergency calm. Will it hurt, how swollen will I get, will I be able to work the next day. Those are fair questions, and I answer them at your assessment, with your case in front of me.

"I damaged a tooth days before competing in the pageant. I thought it was going to hurt. It was the opposite: her hands were so gentle."

Patient of Dr. Adriana Labrador

Everything is done under anesthesia: you won't feel the procedure. Whatever you feel afterward is managed with what the doctor prescribes, and you leave with clear instructions on what to do and what to eat.

Stopping your pain the right way is cosmetic dentistry too

What happens in your mouth today decides what can be done tomorrow.

Save the tooth first

Your own tooth always beats a replacement. Before pulling anything, we check whether a root canal can save it.

Protecting the bone starts in surgery

When a tooth is pulled carelessly, bone is lost. And without bone, a future implant gets more expensive and more complicated.

Thinking about what comes next

If tomorrow you want an implant, a smile design or orthodontics, what's done today can't get in your way. Everything is planned as a whole.

That's why the assessment isn't just "it has to come out": it's understanding what comes after.

They say it better than we do

Beauty queens and patients sharing their experience.

"I loved Dr. Adriana's work."

The way she treats you is warm and genuinely kind.

"Every time I come to Bogotá, this appointment is a must for me."

My smile reflects the best version of me.

"I trusted her work because she's as much of a perfectionist as I am."

From crooked teeth to projecting poise and confidence.

What everyone asks

I'm in a lot of pain. Can you see me today?

Message us on WhatsApp, tell us what you're feeling, and we'll give you the earliest appointment we have. Pain isn't something you put off.

Does a root canal hurt?

It's the opposite of what everyone thinks: the root canal is what takes away the pain. It's done under anesthesia and you won't feel the procedure.

Is it better to pull the tooth or get a root canal?

If it can be saved, we save it: your own tooth is better than any replacement. We only pull it when there's no way left to keep it, and at your assessment we explain why.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need: a root canal on a tooth with one root isn't the same as one with three, and a wisdom tooth that has grown in isn't the same as a buried one. You leave your assessment with the exact price for your case. Payment options are available.

How much swelling should I expect?

Swelling is normal for the first few days and depends on how complicated the case was. You leave with clear instructions to bring it down as fast as possible.

Can I work or go to class the next day?

Many patients can. It depends on your case and how much work is involved. The doctor tells you what to expect before treating you, not after.

Can I have all four wisdom teeth out at once?

In some cases yes, and it makes sense, because you only recover once. In others it's better in stages. It's decided by looking at your X-rays.

What can I eat afterward?

For the first few days, soft, cold foods. We give you the full list in writing so you don't have to guess.

Do I need an X-ray?

Yes, to see what's happening inside the tooth and the bone. If you don't have one, at your assessment we'll tell you which one you need.

Will the doctor treat me herself?

Yes. Assessment, treatment and follow-ups: always with Dr. Adriana.

Do you see patients from all over Bogotá?

Yes. The office is in north Bogotá, steps from Calle 116 (Santa Bárbara area), easy to reach from anywhere in the city.
